Macro Lite is our budget-friendly meal plan, where meals are planned and rotated every week by our Nutritionist & Chef. Macro Lite Offers  Two Healthy, Fresh Meals (around 330 - 450 Kcals per meal) 7  One Snack Per Day (150-220 Kcal) per Day.

All meals are pre-set so we won’t be able to cater for any adjustments, however, If you have any allergies or other dietary requirements which hinders you from taking on one of our plans we suggest that you order your meals through a ‘build your own meal plan’ from our website; where you can make sure to follow your guidelines to stay on track.

Deliveries:

Tuesday 17:00 – 20:30: Food for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Thursdays 17:00 – 20:30: Food For Thursday & Friday

Sunday 9.30 – 13:00: Food for Saturday & Sunday (If Applicable)
