All meals are pre-set so we won’t be able to cater for any adjustments, however If you have any allergies or other dietary requirements which hinders you from taking on one of our plans we suggest that you order your meals through a ‘build your own meal plan’ from our website; where you can make sure to follow your guidelines to stay on track.

Deliveries:

Sunday 9.30 – 13:00: Food for monday & tuesday

Tuesday 17:00 – 20:30: Food for wednesday, thursday & friday

Friday 17:00 – 20:30: Food for saturday & sunday (If applicable)
